The purpose of the Constitution & Bylaws is to establish the guidelines by which the ASCE Florida Section is formed, organized and governed.  This information is readily available for all members and should guide the general organizational direction provided by the Board of Directors.

The purpose of this Operating Manual is to provide guidelines for the orderly operation of the ASCE Florida Section, the balanced distribution of responsibility, and the orderly transition of power. These guidelines are provided for all members to use.
