The ASCE Florida Section Professional Development Committee will require this form to be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks PRIOR TO ANNOUNCING the event (minimum 2 weeks) for review of credit validity. No CEH’s will be given to any branch/technical institute that does not submit this form prior to the presentation.  No requests will be reviewed within 2 weeks of the event. Events for which a decision has not been made must advertise it as PDH pending.
Once the presentation has been completed, the required attendance excel sheet will be sent to the submitting officer and must be emailed back to judy@fla-asce.org for registrants to receive proper credit. If not sent back within 30 days of the presentation, registrants will not receive their CEH credit(s).
